Planning in a Time of Uncertainty

These are uncertain times. Even if you are not caught up in the rapid staccato of the news cycle, time seems to be going faster and less and less seems sure. Maybe that comes with getting older, but I daresay that it seems like a hard time to plan for things, much less take on a Strategic Planning process, when so much seems in flux. I do say, however, that in times like this, I think it is the most prescient time to plan. Planning keeps your thinking "blade" sharp and your visioning muscle toned.
